You mind how things look, and you willingly shoulder responsibility for the people around you.

破军：Po Jun (破军) rules change. You were never built to maintain what already exists, and you have the nerve to pull the old arrangement down and start again. The power to originate is your gift; recurring upheaval is your normal weather.

紫微：You do best where you can coordinate and decide — management roles, platform-scale organizations, any seat where the final call is yours. Years of carrying out other people's assignments will quietly wear you down.

破军：Reform, turnaround and zero-to-one work suit you: new ventures, innovation roles, anywhere the convention needs breaking.
