Terms of Service

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using the service or purchasing a license, you agree to these terms. You must be legally capable of entering into a contract in your jurisdiction. If you do not agree, do not use the paid service.

2. Service purpose

Mingli Paipan provides traditional Chinese metaphysical chart calculations, AI-assisted text reports, and reflective life-clarity consultations for cultural entertainment and personal reflection only. Outputs are generated automatically, may contain errors, and do not constitute medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment, employment, relationship, or other professional advice. We do not guarantee accuracy or future outcomes.

3. Digital products and delivery

The Deep AI Reflection Report license is USD 4.90, the Life Clarity Consultation Pack is USD 4.90 (3 consultations, each with an initial response and 3 follow-ups), the AI Compatibility Report license is USD 9.90, and the Annual Forecast Report license is USD 12.90 (a month-by-month reading of one calendar year that you select before purchase), before tax shown at checkout. Each report license also includes three lifetime questions scoped to the selected report. The 30-Day AI Advisor Pass is USD 14.99: a single payment that unlocks all three AI report products for 30 days from issuance (sharing the daily generation limit, including three report follow-up questions, and carrying a shared allowance of 100 in-depth consultations); unused consultations expire with the pass, and it never renews or charges again. Each product is a one-time digital purchase. After payment, a product-specific license key is issued and stored on the purchasing device when possible. Save the key securely because clearing browser storage may remove the local copy. You may also sign in with the email address used for the purchase, which links your keys to an account so they can be restored on any device.

4. License and usage limits

A license is personal, non-transferable, and limited to its designated product. Report products currently allow up to 20 AI generations per license per UTC calendar day and three lifetime Report Questions per license. A Report Question is consumed only after a successful answer; regenerating a report, switching reports, deleting conversation content, or clearing browser storage does not replenish the allowance. A Consultation Pack contains 3 lifetime consultation credits, each with 3 follow-ups. The AI Advisor Pass unlocks all three report products under the same daily generation limit, includes three report follow-up questions, and carries a shared allowance of 100 consultation credits usable while the pass is valid; it stops working automatically 30 days after issuance and is never renewed or re-charged. Unused consultation credits lapse with the pass. A Report Follow-up Pack (USD 2.99) adds 5 further questions to one report license of your choosing; each pack can be redeemed onto a single license and cannot be transferred once redeemed. A license does not transfer ownership of the service, software, model, or generated-content systems. We may suspend a license used for sharing, resale, automated extraction, circumvention, fraud, attacks, or unlawful activity.

5. User responsibilities

• Provide only information you are authorized to use, including information about another person.
• Do not use outputs to harm, harass, discriminate against, manipulate, or make high-impact decisions about another person.
• Do not attempt to bypass payment, quotas, access controls, or security measures.

6. Availability and changes

We may maintain, update, or discontinue features and third-party model integrations. Temporary outages or provider failures may occur. If an AI request fails before a report is delivered, the application is designed to restore that request’s quota, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

7. Liability and governing requirements

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or uninterrupted operation. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded. Payment, tax, and refund processing may also be subject to Creem’s customer terms.
