What it is

Bi Jian (比肩) is the same element as the Day Master at the same polarity — another Jia wood for a Jia wood Day Master — like a sibling or peer standing shoulder to shoulder. It governs the self, self-reliance, peers and competition. It makes the Day Master more itself, and more unbending.

Whether it helps depends entirely on Day Master strength. A weak Day Master gains a supporter in Bi Jian, and friends and siblings become a source of backing. A strong Day Master that meets more Bi Jian gains someone to split the wealth with, and competition does not let up.
